STORM WITHIN Confirmed For MEXICALI METAL FEST II

Mesa, Arizonas' female-fronted heavy metal band STORM WITHIN is the last confirmed international band for the Mexicali Metal Fest II, set to take place Saturday, May 17 at the Teatro del Estado in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico.

STORM WITHIN is fronted by vocalist Debra Darlene, currently a ring girl for the Rage In The Cage Xtreme Cage Fighting series.

The band will perform songs from its self-titled EP; its debut full-length CD, "Unleashed"; and from its upcoming second album.

A battle of the bands contest will be held to select one local Mexican metal band to open up the festival.

The Mexicali Metal Fest is the work of Oscar Sanudo, the well-known DJ for the influential "Opera Rock" radio show that broadcasts every Saturday afternoon at 6:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on Radio Universidad, which can be heard over the air throughout the state of Baja California, Mexico (Mexicali - 104.1 FM); Tijuana (1630 AM); Ensenada (95.5 FM) and online via the university's official web site at.
